refund policy

Our return policy period is 30 days after delivery of your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery of your products, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are excluded from return.

Non-returnable items:

  • gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us.

Special offer items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We do not currently offer exchange options.

Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.

Shipment
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
